With due diligence and patience almost anyone can quilt Hawaiian but teaching the Art of Hawaiian Quilting takes dedication and passion. Yoshimi has shown that her passion for Hawaiian Quilting is not just a passing fashion but a truly deep love for the art, the culture and especially for the people of Hawaii. Yoshimi teaches Hawaiian quilting in Yokohama and we are so proud of her dedication. She is one of the many reasons Hawaiian quilts are still being made and cherised today. We are so proud of her.
